How It All Began

In 1970, Bill Smith, a passionate teacher at the School of Biblical Studies launched by the WFR Church in West Monroe, Louisiana, had a vision: to make the Good News of Jesus Christ easy to share and accessible to all. Through his book, "Sharing the Good News," Bill introduced a simple, yet profound way to convey the gospel message using symbols. These symbols, drawn on a chalkboard, became a tool that helped countless students internalize and share the story of Christ with anyone, anywhere.

Our prayer is that through these symbols, more people will come to know Him, and Heaven will be fuller when Jesus returns.

  • He Came

Jesus, the Savior of the world, entered humanity to fulfill God’s promise.
“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”
— Luke 2:11

  • He Died

Out of His great love for us, Jesus paid the ultimate price, dying on the cross to take away our sins.
“And when they had mocked him, they stripped him of the purple cloak and put his own clothes on him. And they led him out to crucify him.”
— Mark 15:20

  • He Arose

Death could not hold Him. Jesus triumphed over the grave, bringing us eternal hope.
“Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has risen; he is not here.”
— Mark 16:6

  • He Ascended

After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to Heaven, where He intercedes for us.
“As they were watching, He was lifted up, and a cloud took Him out of their sight.”
— Acts 1:9

  • He Is Coming Back

Jesus will return, just as He promised, bringing ultimate victory and fulfilling God’s eternal plan.
“This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw Him go into heaven.”
— Acts 1:11

Our Mission

At the heart of our mission is the desire to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with every person, in every language, across the world. The gospel symbols make that possible—they’re simple, powerful, and cross-cultural boundaries with ease. Whether you wear them on clothing or display them in your home, these symbols serve as reminders of the life-changing message of Jesus and create opportunities to spread His story.
